Conditions of Membership
When using the Library services members are asked to be respectful and courteous to Library staff and other Library users and to follow the Library User Guidelines. To view the Guidelines click here.
We encourage all members and visitors to our libraries to regard accident prevention and working safely as a collective and individual responsibility.
If you change your address, name, phone number or email address let us know.
If you bring a Library item back late or lose or damage a Library item you may be charged a fee. For more information click here.
Members under 18
If you are under 18 years of age, unless living independently, you’ll need someone to sign on as your guarantor. A guarantor is responsible for the suitability of items accessed by a member under 18 and any Library fees they may incur. Click here for more information on fees and charges.
