The West Gippsland Libraries revised Library Plan 2017-21 and Budget 2020-21 are available for public comment. Both documents are available for inspection below. If you are not able to access an electronic copy, please contact us for a request for a hard copy. Written submissions under Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 on any proposal contained in these documents are invited and will be received until 3pm on Wednesday 15th April, 2020.

The 2017-18 Annual Report was designed to reflect the massive occurring within the library sector as services are modernised to meet the needs of patrons for both today and tomorrow.
Here is a glimpse behind the scenes of the Annual Report 2017-18
West Gippsland Libraries is governed by the Regional Library Board. The Board’s responsibilities and authorities include policy development, strategic and corporate planning and service evaluation. The Board meets regularly and meetings are open to the public.
The library corporation is an autonomous body that provides library services on behalf of the following member councils:
